China and Bangladesh should accommodate maintenance of Indian missiles so that they don't fly off to other countries "accidentally".

India might become Bangladesh's first client for missile maintenance.

I have read somewhere about the weak performances of the FM-90 missiles and this is the reason why China has agreed to build a maintenance facility in BD.

However, I believe the reason for a maintenance facility cited is only on the surface. I don't know how many batteries the BA has bought, but it may be expensive to build a maintenance factory for upkeeping only a few number of missile.

Under the surface, I can assume the facility is meant to produce missiles locally and this is what the GoB cannot just say openly.

Anyway, this is only my personal assumption.
