Well sadly if the people sighted in no mans land (India-bd border) happen to be woman and children it sadly is the call of the soldier there wether to fire or not depending on his orders.In the past harsh orders were indeed issued officially to check flow of refugees or immigrants.Dont know what the current stance is though.
