India wants to deny Pakistan strategic depth in Afghanistan: US report

the common Afghani hates Pakistan for the meddling role Pak have played in their country since the soviets, it's brought them nothing but ruin, wars with 2 superpowers, 3 decades of jihadis on a rampage, and Taliban rule.

They have disliked Pakistan since 1947 (not all of course). Just like Bharat cannot accept Pakistan since 1947 (not all of course).

Please inform the general audience of this thread on what particular scientific poll you have conducted in validating the statement that the vast majority of Afghan's hold anti-Pakistani sentiments? Clearly three million refugees want to reside in Pakistan and for your kind information the Taliban are Afghan citizens who have grievances against the State:) Don't provide hogwash nonsense from the old vanguard of the Northern Alliance group who have clearly always been negative in its approach against Pakistan.
Hey kid, here's your so called 'hogwash'...Why Afghans hate Pakistan.

Advice: Get real.

Still in denial?

Americans no

According to the report by Congressional Research Service (CRS), Pakistan is spending its entire energy to deny strategic depth to India in Afghanistan.

"Experts and officials of many governments continue to debate whether Pakistan is committed to Afghan stability or to exerting control of Afghan decisions through the use of proxies and ties to insurgent groups," the report said.

"DOD (Department of Defense) reports on Afghanistan's stability repeatedly have identified Afghan militant safe haven in Pakistan as a threat to Afghan stability, and recent DOD reports state that Pakistan uses proxy forces in Afghanistan to counter Indian influence there," it said.

Go to sleep and stop drinking. Who is supporting BLA? Next time, come up with the valid point. Oh should I remind you what happened in recent SA vs India series? Do some search about Shiv Sinha 's terrorist activities and then post.

LOL..A Pakistani is giving me lecture on "Shiv Sena"??

Since Pakistanis can not deny their own state sponsorship and popular support for terrorism, they are desperate to seek moral equivalency. Equating SS with their mass murderers because they threw ink on an Indian is one such bogus and laughable attempt.

Bactrian kingdom? Yes which overruled India after the death of Ashoka and declined of Mauryan empire and they were from Afghanistan. It ain't a very weak country. But India started misusing this land when they were facing in great deal of terrorism and think to rule them. It never means they will let India rule them. India need to stop using Afghanistan against Pakistan and Afghanistan against its own territory.
Wrong
India never misused the land and neither thought to rule it either.....you should know that we dont share a border either

What we need is democracy in afghan.....we have been investing in roads, dams, hospitals
So that democracy can be restored and we can do business also

There is a reason majority of afghanis love India and hate Pak

In simple words. India is still misusing it. :)

You sound like a petulant child who was denied his lollipop, however this outcome is hardly surprising when your designated user name is Donald Trump the renowned retard:) Now you incompetent simpleton fool provide me a scientific poll on the entire population of Afghanistan to prove the idea that the majority dislike Pakistan. If this question is too difficult to understand because your brain cells are clogged up, then go to a special school need teacher who can explain it to you properly. You have responded with an old video which has no relevance in today's picture with Afghanistan, because the Haqqani Network effectively controls most of the operations against the American's and the Afghan National Security Force, while Mullah Mansoor is the spiritual head . Thus the Afghan Taliban are controlled by the ISI and they have no enmity towards Pakistan, although there mentality is cavemen in characteristics. The obviously example was the peace talks in Murree and how the world powers are relying on Pakistan and not India to bring all parties to the negotiating table, therefore stop sniffing some dodgy drugs because your face has been up your rear end for too long, where your brain is distorting reality into falsehood. Advice: We have won the war in Afghanistan, therefore focus on serving chai like a good little serfdom:)

This is the worst possible dishonesty one could see from an otherwise a good member. So sorry to see.

What you did here Sir is a cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste cut n paste

did I say cut n paste

juxtapose

Uthal Pithal like a mad cow going through a glass shop.

So pathetic. so very pathetic.

Anyone reading the congressional report shows the following when it comes to Pakistan.

page 23:

However, the insurgent challenge to stability in Afghanistan has persisted because of a number of factors that include (1) public resentment of corruption in the Afghan government; (2) the absence of governance or security forces in many rural areas;(3) safe haven enjoyed by militants in Pakistan; (4) a popular backlash against civilian casualties caused by military operations; and (5) unrealized expectations of
economic development.

page 24:
Pakistani Taliban. A major Pakistani group, the Pakistani Taliban (Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan, TTP), primarily challenges the government of Pakistan but also supports the Afghan Taliban. Some TTP fighters reportedly operate from safe havens in Taliban-controlled areas on the Afghan side of the border.

page 24:
The United States military repatriated to Pakistan in December 2014 a member of the Mehsud clan, Latif Mehsud, and two other Pakistan Taliban militants, who were captured in the course of alleged militant activity in Afghanistan.

Here the quoted stuff lists ALL factors without ever giving "Pakistan as a state" sponsoring anything against Afghanistan.

heck the whole report is a like a graduate student thesis part 1 giving background of an issue.

but you took all of this out of context and $hat upon any sound discussion on the topic.

pathetic.

very very pathetic.

p.s.

Here is the link that I forgot to add in my previous effort.

You are right in a way...The Americans are two faced and have not really condemned pakistan openly for its terrorist activities, they just hint at it..but no stern action has been taken and that's the major complaint that victims of pakistani terrorist activities have against the Americans.

They need to speak the truth..and act accordingly.
