India wants normal neighbourly relations with Pakistan, says government

Peace can be discussed.

Peace is never discussed.

It either comes voluntarily.

Dear Doc,

Do you wish it happen quickly and get-over-with-sooner-than-later?

Do you have the catalyst for this Acceleration of underlying Dialectics?

Awaiting to be charmed yet again!

Mangus

To be honest my mind has not changed from my earlier belief here.

Which is that true peace will only be achieved when one of us is no longer able to wage war.

That can come through war or other means. But really without that peace has no chance.

Cheers, Doc

That's a fair description of Pakistan wanting to discuss Kashmir, yes.

Well. It is beyond that and goes both ways. It is a fair description of the relations between India and Pakistan. Since, both countries are not in a position to clap; better to be content with "chutkis" and "choondis".

A fair description again.

It's what each country does in between those and for itself and own people though that will really be the difference.
