What we need is to build a lot of dams everywhere. Just to tell you about USA which has about 2 Million large and small dams; now they are left with no place to build a dam. We have enormous untapped potential in damming the water a lot of which is not only lost to sea; it also creates havoc in the form of floods. Imagine storing all of the flood waters.
