In fact cannot differ a Chinese,a Cantonese or vietnamese even Japanese,Sikkimese just by our appearances,we are just people inferior with the term '-ese' made by the westerners.

maybe westerners cannot differ east asian from southeast asian，but as an east asian ，you can differ most of vietnamese from chinese and japanese pretty easy for sure.
