So yeah Chinese ridiculing India w.r.t Education is one thing, they have achieved something in first place.
Pakistan on the other hand....is literally one of the worst countries in the world by a huge margin when it comes to Education, even basic education (though it gets worse for secondary and tertiary). It is why you are like 20 years behind India on birth rates and infant mortality:
