I know for a fact that China is in a desperate situation to feed it's hastely increasing economy; thus, its seeking natural resources from another country like Vietnam. However, China has a population of 1.4 billion people and its a growing problem to the Chinese government so human right means nothing to them. The best option for the Chinese government to solve this growing problem is by eleminating them as quickly as possible.

So by going to war and send its massive line of army maybe about 300 million to invade Vietnam, Phillipines, India and so, would reduce its population. Hey! that's still a lot of people remaining. Okay, let's send in another 600 million people to invade USA, Germany, Japan, and surroundings. China do not care about its people and that's why you see today on the media where people get run over by other people and food is a scarce in China. That's why you see Chinese people eat babies, rats, bugs, beetles, etc. This country is beyond F>>K I tell ya.

With a small population maybe 200-300 million Chinese people left on earth, it is easier to control and manage. Assuming its GDP by that time is 8 trillion / 250 million average which gives the Chinese a new standard of living of about $32,000.00 USD per person which is really good. The sad news is that China will not be able to supply cheap labour and its economy will drop due to the fact that China doesn't have a lot of natural resources so it would rely upon its people to supply technology but little do they know that the technology they have been manufacturing are designed in the US. While its GPD is dropping, it has to become creative and design its own things to export its product.

In conclusion, China is just a number. Maybe this might change. Let's here some comments and crticisms.

From the Vietnamese point of view,there is nothing wrong with the Vietnamese trying to keep a relation with China.China is the biggest player in that region and hence provides many opportunities.It has been a bitter-sweet relationship so far.But in my opinion,you should not walk so far away that there is no option to come back any more.Peace and harmony should always have a chance for when time is ripe people may be able to take it.
When it comes to International relations,well they change faster than the stock market.US nuked Japan once,and yet now they are in friendly terms.

Tam Dao 3 has a drilling capacity to 6.1 kilometer and it can move up or down within a 90 meter range and withstand typhoons with winds of 12th grade on Beaufort scale (more than 72 mph), as well as waves up to 14 meters high.

The jack-up rig was assessed by the US quality evaluation company ABS to meet international standards.

The second rig, Moc Tinh (Jupiter), was manufactured by the Petroleum Equipment Assembly & Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC-MS) to be the largest ever rig made by Vietnamese company. It weighs more than 14,000 tons in total.
