Doctored pitch, worthless cricket


It's a insult to cricket itself to have a test match played on such a pitch

All countries have pitches made suited to their conditions. Indian batsman weren't at much advantage here either if it wasn't for Rohit sharma's 100 we would have been bundled at a low score too. Although our new gen batsman are much better at playing in fast and bouncy tracts they don't completely dominate spinners like the old ones used too.

Let's start with a replay of Tendulkar's lbw that magically never was an lbw off Saeed Ajmal's bowling in 2011. Or did you think we had forgotten that one? Were we appropriately scarred as Kohli apparently is, Pakistanis should question every single lbw decision ever because of that one miscarriage of justice.

I'm not impressed in the slightest by Kohli's antics. I also happen to think he's technically less gifted than Pujara and Sharma, but that's a separate issue.

Imagine this pitch being prepared or is that unprepared for a v Pakistan match Would be a classic game but don’t think bcci will ever sanction it . Pakistan only got flat dead pitches in India .

Personally Nothing wrong with setting up your pitch in your own country .

It's a different pitch. Can't play back to back matches on the same pitch unless it is artificial turf.

Lbw given by English umpire Gould. Ball tracking provided by ICC. Lbw overturned by New Zealander Billy Bowden. But Ajmal and his fans still whining about it.

Amazing to see root clearly absolutely plumb LBW no question. All English commentators totally perplexed why he was not given out by the third Umpire. You know the one PDF accuses of having favoured Kohli.
