I know India is the biggest importer of foreign military technology... but to see a Sino-Pakistan JF-17 Thunder gloriously displayed on top of an Indian article titled "Guardians of the Sea" is something new. Way to showcase the Indian naval might in all its glory!

I congratulate the Indian Navy.

No, we have the J series already and JF thunder was a joint project with our brother nation Pakistan, tailoring to their needs.
It's obviously a good thing considering how India praised it as the Guardian of the seas and showcasing it in all its might and glory. It's better than inducting the LCA that's for sure, props to the Indian navy.

That was a a friendly gesture to our American friends. Just so they know, when they can no longer afford to keep the ISS, we Chinese will be there for them, it was a lovely and successful launch no? :azn:

We all know about the LCA of course, explains why the Indian navy's decisions to induct the mighty JF-17 Thunder from its neighbour :azn:

A special report released on Navy Day by the Indian maritime force in a local newspaper features the JF-17 Thunder fighter jet on the masthead – which has been jointly developed by Pakistan and China, an Indian news website reported on Monday.
Navy Day commemorates the attack on the Karachi harbour during the 1971 Pakistan-India war.
According to the report on the website, there has been no official reaction from the Indian Navy.
This is not the first time that a mistake has popped up in a government issued advertisement/supplement in India and Pakistan.
In March this year, an advertisement published on behalf of the Pakistan Navy for a multi-national exercise prominently featured images of Indian Navy warships.
In March, 2010 an advertisement issued by the police force in Pakistan’s Punjab province featured the logo of its counterpart in India’s Punjab state.
In January 2010, an Indian government advertisement pictured former Pakistan Air Force chief Tanvir Mahmood Ahmed alongside Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and cricketer Kapil Dev.
