How long are we gonna blame Congress? They are out of power for 3 years now. Expectations were high when Modi picked parikar. I can understand this govt is focus from ground ammunition to the top. OK fine. But as of now some 180 million euros is holding rafale deal for a year now. Which is for security. Parikar in the name of negotiations taking so much time on critical weaponry like jets. Really wonder how the the hell we will full fill 220 new aircraft required in just 10 years
