India trumps Pakistan's Iran rice trade boom with oil rupees

The indian saying their rice is of better quality is a funny one.

. . . .
We only have to make sure that we somehow don't buckle down under U.S. pressure to stop trade with Iran .

Plus nothing comes close to Indian Basmati Rice :azn:

Its not your Basmati rice, its Irani hate for Pakistan.

Iran only do business when it hurts Pakistan's economy. e.g. smuggling non-certified petrol.. which is widely available in Baluchistan as far as Hub.

Before they were your brother, now they are your enemy? What happened? Why are they hurting pakistan's economy?

It's business who ever sell cheaper, the people will buy that.

We don't eat the south Asian style of beryani.

The beryani eaten in Iran is regional Esfahani style of kebab.

Quick question for you. Are there any vegetarian options in Iranian cuisine? If i were to go to an Iranian restaurant, what dish would you recommend for someone that does not eat meat?
Thanks

Nothing.

If you want vegetarian, its best to steer clear off Iranian ones.

Iranian food is actually pretty awesome. It feels very light too.

Im a fan

There are a few vegetarian options you can choose from.

The most obvious ones would probably be Mirza Ghasemi, Kashk e Bademjan and Kookoo Sabzi.

Also on top of this the traditional Iranian breakfast/starter noon, panir and sabzi is also vegetarian.

Indian derivatives of the dishes you mentioned are a lot better. But when it comes to kebabs and other meat stuff, Iranians own.

Pakistani food on the other hand, is usually too oily for my taste.

It depends wether you like spicy food or not. Indians are used to spicy food, so Iranian dishes that are not kebab may not suit your palate.

Jamie Oliver stated the differences between Indian and Iranian food in this clip:
