i think base would used for better leverage in afghanistan n Cental asia as it can be easily used to protect our interest in these countries as most of these countries r weak n can't give much protection

I don't knw why pakistanis r freaking out as i don't think india will use it actual war with pak as it will mean tajak involment in war too but it definitely help to divert their attention to eastern border also which will definitely provide us further edge...

Tajiks replied Pakistan is free upgrade another Tajik base if it likes,

There was not complains from Pakistan after that
