Ghani has invited the talibs for talks without preconditions. This means they know that the Taliban cannot be defeated. T90 is one tough tank..I am surprised Indian managed to fail it as well!



US does not want Russian or Russia deisgned weapons in inventories of countries where it is taking action..recent example if how US forced Iraqi army to discard AK47 in favour of M-16. With trump announcement of aggressive overseas weapon sales...the Indian move is not well timed..it would end up as waste of money..the equipment will end up in scrap yards..

Iraq is using Mi-28 Gunships as its prime attack gunships from Russia. Egypt is purchasing Mig-35 from Russia. Greece, A NATO Member uses Russian S-300 Air Defense Systems.
So it doesn't work like that. AK-47 are old as F***. Even Russia and Russian allies don't use AK-47 anymore.
