First of all, they decide who is a terrorist. At the same time, they not only support, but also train (real) terrorists to attack Iran and other countries. It's nothing new. Seriously, people should stop portraying the West as the beacon of "human rights" or "democracy" because nothing could be further from the truth. "Human rights” is nothing but an excuse they use for interfering and subverting developing countries who refuse to submit themselves to the interest of wealthy western states.

Denmark govt had earlier accepted India's request for extraditing Davy but it was challenged by Kim Davy in a Copenhagen court which struck down the decision. So Denmark just govt is following its court orders

Yes and the Indian Government appreciates the fact.
What the Indian Government is miffed at is that the Danes are not appealing the lower court's decision at a higher court. India will respect what the higher court decides.

Danes' visas may be tough amid dipomatic row over Kim Davy

New Delhi: India has plans to cancel visas of Danish nationals in India, in a bitter fallout of the diplomatic row which has broken out between both countries over the extradition of Kim Davy, accused in the Purulia arms drop case.

Diplomatic relations between both countries are already at their lowest ebb for a couple of months now after the Indian government decided that none of its top officials will meet or grant appointments to any Danish diplomats in the country. After "limiting the access" of top Danish diplomats to Indian government officials, the government's intelligence agencies are now believed to be at work to draw up a list of Danish nationals staying in India on various visas.

There is a possibility that visas of some of these persons could be cancelled as well. The home ministry is also tightening its policy to make it tougher for Danes to get Indian visas in future.

A senior home ministry source said India condemns the attitude of the Denmark government to "shelter a terrorist" such as Niels Hock alias Kim Davy who is Danish and the main accused in the Purulia arms drop case. In December 1995, Davy air-dropped a large quantity of arms in West Bengal.

The Denmark government has refused to appeal in its Supreme Court against the verdict of the Eastern High Court of Denmark on June 30, 2011, which refused to extradite Davy to India citing the risk of torture and inhuman or degrading treatment to him here. India's offer to set up a special jail for Davy also did not cut ice with Denmark.
