Shinde conveniently forgot that initial target was to add 75000 MW in last 5 years. We fell terribly short of it. Then the target itself was revised to look like it was met, a mere hogwash.

What's the guarantee we will meet the target this time & it will not be revised again to something way below? Shinde does not have a good track record for anyone to take his statements seriously.
