India to be called 'Bharat' ?

why not India is known as Bharat only??

Why hold on to a colonial name given by the British??

Besides, there's a brand value attached to both these names.

India is already addressed as Bharat/Hindustan. However this petition for name change doesnt make sense.

Irrespective of the name change, what should matter most is PATRIOTISM.

In my point of view word BHARAT represents its people more than word INDIA. Nothing strange if Bharat/India government think about it positively where people of India also will appreciate to rename country.

We have build a brand called "India" which has brand recognition worldwide. Why destroy it, without any gain.
