i agree, in fact its our misconception that we give human qualities to god like kindness, love, merciful etc. and we give human qulaities to satan or anti-god like cruel, wicked etc..

nope the information was given on 14th June itself, very clearly mentioning about the upcoming heavy rains but the stupid dumda$$ at the Govt. Emergency departments took it lightly n didn't pay much attention....
