Already a big chunk of the horde is excluded from this then. Am I missing something or is this not a huge caveat for India? Still, computer science, management are popular degrees in India so not all hope is lost2.5 Professional degrees in the fields of Engineering, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Law, and Architecture are out of scope of this MoU.
