Did you even bother to read the OP, the issue just doesn't touch JK, it addresses fake encounters carried out by your security services and agencies in all of India's conflict zones.

Did u bother to read what u posted? Encounters happening with other states and JK are different. India doesnt have conflict zones other than JK and few moist states. U are generalizing all encounters.
