sorry. i posted it. but later updated it to current loc situation. i found te news to be un authentic. just like this current thread.
i changed the name of the blog too as i wasn't able to delete it. option was not availible. so i thought you posted it again as the title in your post was old.

Because the source is not genuine. It is from a blog. So may be just as credible as indian media outlets.

can't say it is from a blog but if it were true then it would have been made the part of news channels.

I guess Indian missed the part where it says more than 40 indian soldiers died. If you people believe figure of 20 Martyred pakistanis then you should also quote Indians that died which is over 40.

Secondly that figure includes civilians casualties as well not just military. ISPR has already mention 7+2 martyrs on pakistani side so rest were unfortunate civilians.

I don't see ISPR saying anything like this and ISPR is the official source for such announcements. Or should I believe that 40 Indian soldiers were killed and India declared only 14 of them.

Pakistan hasn't lost 20 soldiers. It's stupid reporting of Pakistani media. We have lost till 9 till now and India has lost 14 according to there media. Soldiers deaths can't be hidden. Pakistani media calls Karakoram 8 a fighter jet what else you expect from these fools.

so when the corps commander states that 40 indian troopers were killed that too is a lie as ispr has not even confirmed those deaths just hearsay on this forum

Give me a link which indicates PA hid Tirah casualties.

The Corps Cmdr has been quoted by Express only (and the numbers appear incorrect). Visit the above link where Express Urdu is reporting Indian MoD has confirmed death of 13 IA soldiers in a statement. Nothing like that is in Indian media. Looks like Express guys are high on drugs.

ISPR does not and will not give the number of dead Indian soldiers. Army Chief was quoted by media (in an informal talk) that at least 45 Indian soldiers died so far.

In Tirah (I recall around October 2014), PA and FC were hit by suicide bombers / IEDs in which dozens of soldiers lost their lives. It was when they were advancing in Bara, Sipah and Lower Tirah. But, 100-200 is inflated no. You can search the articles of Ismail Khan on Dawn and New York Times. He used to give around 50% more no. than mentioned in ISPR statement. But, Ops in Tirah were on round the clock and casualties kept increasing with time.

ISPR releases info about major ops and attacks related to WoT. Local media reports everything. For LoC and WB, ISPR is the source.

Nawaz Sharif is a low life. He is currently the PM and is facing corruption charges in Supreme Court. He did not allow Pervez Musharraf to land when he was coming back from Srilanka and this forced Mushy to kick his *** with a coup.

Gen. Pervez Musharraf carried out Kargil operation and few in the army knew what was happening in the area of X Corps, Rawalpindi. Hundreds of soldiers and militants died in Kargil. So did a large no. of Indian troops.

So, how long would this violence have to continue? This isn't like traditional war where one side attacks the other in the hopes of defeating it and both sides suffer mountaining looses.

In this warfare both side keep to their sides and shoot at other all day and night long. When there are looses they easily replace the fallen with more men to do more shooting.

Now screw the Internet warriors because they're not loosing anyone they love, they only celebrate the death of the opponent to satisfy their ego.

I propose the older and sane members of both sides on this forum do their part in some capacity and talk to the higher ups and come up with some kind of ceasefire or rules of engagement where both sides can avoid this colossal human loss.

listen indian army can be liars they lie about fake encounters and they exaggerate things like the surgical strikes (if they dealt the type of dammage as the claim they would have substantiated it with camra evidence from UAVs helmet cameras etc) however Pak army are known to hide there shaheeds 100%

1. nawaz sharif made kargil war a political war with musharraf.
2. journalists are never allowed to go on front lines in war.
3. my relatives took part in tirah operation. this information is wrong.
4. ISPR don't lie about deaths as they cannot be hidden. for example if my brother dies in war then whole world will know about it through facebook.
5. some small incidents are not reported by ispr but shaheeds are accepted and given a place in shauhada corner.
6. but every army hide its deaths including US. 2 incidents of large us deaths on afghan border haven't been reported.
