Harappans and Mohenja Daro peeps were not Hindus, Hinduism developed during the Vedic period. That being said this is the first time I am hearing Hindus have a problem with toilets lol.

A Green Solution for our Toilet Problem. Pakistan should buy these from us instead of wasting western aid on western weapons

Actually that is pretty good, I also saw Indians making public toilets in the big cities like this.

Check out my earlier post in this thread. The solution is bio-digester toilets which have been developed by our defense establishment (DRDO).

Public toilets and dustbins are absolute essentials if India wants hygienic and clean cities. Your government should import this technology from us and install it in your railway coaches/stations. A clean and less stinky Pakistan is very much in India's interests :)

Then Govt already tried that type of measures and result was the diverting of funds for another things by concerned citizens themselves. It is all about culture.

The BBC seems very interested in India's toilets.

All these articles seem to come from the BBC.

We have 29 states and around 10 such states has this type of problem.Rest are hygenic.
But unfortunately these 10 states have majority of our population.
BBC will very interested in this.Because they cant digest the rise of India in other fields.
So they will keep searching for such news .Even if we completely solve this problem. They will find another
reason to target us.

Just like BBC and UK was crying over Indian space programme, that why send a rocket to moon, mars or launch satellites when we can use that same money to help poor people. The same NGO like Greenpeace, who didnt want mining of coal.uranium done in India at the behest of other nations and Kudanakulam protests.

yes, most of these foreign funded media crooks and NGOs are against India's progress.there is no doubt about it..look how they highlighted the recent Delhi rape incident and kudankulam.. their only aim is to milk foreign funds, work for western interest and to showcase India as an un cultured, barbarian society...i wonder how many of these are in china..none..look how they develop and become worlds super power and left India far behind...

.
From the article itself its clear that many of the village folks can afford a toilet but choose not to. Its not Govts problem or resource problem its attitude problem.
