India successfully testfires 'maneuverable' BrahMos supersonic cruise missile

The BrahMos Missile was maneuvarable before but not much. The fins on the missles (All Missiles) can make them airborne for longer time, stablize the trajectory path and change directions in long distances (Provided the speed is less than supersonic, oversupersonis speeds, no Missile has been able to maneuver till date).
The best available missiles (TomHawk:US max speed of less than 700 KMS/hr) can cruise at subsonic speeds and do the maneuvering. however, these missiles can easily be intersepted/destryoed using even 40 years old fighter planes (which fly at over 1000 KMS/Hr. That's the reason US has never used them against countries having fighter planes)
BrahMos is However a diffferent Breed; changing directions within 300 KMs range was too difficult until now. This Missile curises at a min speed of 2800 KMs/Hr (untracable by radars), flies at 10 mtrs above ground/Sea levels and pounces upon the moving targets (by tracking and maneuvering according to target position) from top. The first level distruction is damage by the hit (that can pierce through toughest Navel ships/FIghter planes/Concrete blocks) and second level damage is done by the explosives it carries.

After firing the missile at target; all can be said about this new and only breed of such Missile is "May your soul rest in peace"
