Well if India stops and allow the Iranian air lines to operate between India and Iran .... then i think it will more beneficial for Iran ... they will get the share of Indian air lines too

i dont think its a loss... the decision to fly there was probably political to begin with, not commercial...
anyway iran air will probably enjoy monopoly but you can get good deals by going via dubai/doha too.

Don't use different logic in different posts.
First, you said it was due to fear of negative rating.
Secondly, US sanction due to Trump effects.
Thirdly , for easier bank loans.

So while the airlines have not cancelled the plans for direct flights, they have taken a cautious approach by delaying launch by a few weeks and see how the situation unfolds under Trump Presidency.

Most airlines like Go-Air lease the aircraft not own them.
Additionally airlines are aldo dependent on US bank loans.

Just like PIA & Shaheen cancelled Iran flight because of low psngr loads, Air India also doesn't find the route profitable as most passengers choose Iran Air.

Saudis are nice. I've met some Shia saudis in Iran. Jews,, I saw them them in an isfahani temple. They gifted me some kind of cookie. I've also met many Pakistanis in Iran. They are sincere and humble people from what I know.

The correct posture for Pakistan (us included) should be to bide it's time. Don't offend, don't get caught in Shia flamewars, stretch your hand out in friendship. This is exactly what China would advise and this is exactly what Pakistan is doing. Notice Raheel Sharif made it a condition of his appointment to that Saudi alliance that Iran be included.

As me move forward American's and Israeli's will squeeze Iran more and ask India to do more. Who do you think the Indian's are going to side with? At some stage even the Iranians will realize and watch whose camp they will align in - all in goodness of time.

Unless Iran becomes bosom buddies of Israel - which does not look likely anytime soon.

*And to the Indian poster ~ did you say time tested? exactly how long for? Iran was the country that supplied Pakistan with fuel, helicopters and fighter jets including evden nurses in the war against India. That Iran we will get back, Sooner rather than later with likes of Trump around.

To have Iran - due to their geostrategic location - join the China-Pakistan camp would be a game changer for us. We can wrest complete control of Central Asia from outsiders.

And what do you think China will be advising behind closed doors? Iran is big prize for China that thus far has eluded it. But with China's increasing economic power and Trumps America/Israel getting more threatening Iran is going to be squeezed. The New Delhi b*tch will get caught in between and you know where she will going running? To Tel Aviv and Washington.
