India stalling dialogue to avoid negotiation on Kashmir: Aziz

Actually the peace accord was almost signed between MMS and Musharaf , but he got replaced and we were back to square one.

It was said to have allowed free movement of people, with both currencies being used, with joint control of Kashmir regarding territory and Kashmiri political parties of either side participating in elections of full Kashmir.

But I doubt it would have passed in Indian Parliament. But still after Musharaff got changed, hope was there, until 2008 happened.

I have seen many Pakistan brothers posting here sensible matters without blindfolded by enimity . Whish to have the same mentality people in Pakistan legislative so the past remains past and a fresh start to make people prosperous , peaceful and perfect. As being an Indian , I have never wished my county should go for war against Pakistan since the terrorists comes from pak border. In fact a wish , this all could have been stopped if some sensible talks in a proper channel.

Be it congress or bjp , non of the advisers of them will tell to engage in a war as history teaches us a war can push a country's growth two decades backwards.

Still there is time for good , fruitful talks rather than the proxy war but I'm confident about my country that she will be all ears for a healthy discussion but will the Pakistan government ?

Wish the new youth of Pakistan also get a chance to revolutionise the countries old fashioned ways of talks and hopes soon or later there will be peace amoung us in all means .
