Everyone knows that India, Israel, and U.S. are all three on the same side of the coin. Who is India fooling? India buys most of their toys from Israel, and even invites Israeli army chief in India Occupied Kashmir. Israel is one of India's most favorite countries. Talk to Hindus (who make the vast majority of India's population) they are always pro-israel and pro-western.

Indian Congress is just trying to please their Muslims, and please Middle Eastern countries. Watch when BJP comes into power, the true face of India will come out.

israel and india are in the same bed, but israel wont mind the odd statement from naitons here and there, they are used to it.


also india is not too hot about the idea of humanitarian interventions, i think they made that clear during libya drama.

in theory it could be turned on them as a pressure tool, kashmir or the moaists - just as an example.

also if india is seen to support western intervention into arab/muslim countries then they will find it harder to do business there, its a smart move, india will gain a lot in the muslim world, but nothing will change vis a vis us/israel - i think israel and the US are willing to give india a certain level of autonomy in order to full co-opt them into their plans, you cant treat a nation the size of india as if its sudan.
