India slams Pakistan for saying Hafiz Saeed free to roam, demands his arrest

On what basis? Was the Samjauta blasts carried out inside of Pakistan. What locus standi do you have?

Killed Pakistani citizens. And regardless of whether it was done in Pakistan or not, India had the responsibility. For all other terrorists attacks, India is quick to establish an ISI link. But when it comes to local Hindu terrorists, all is mum.

We cannot deal with two face hypocrites. There is nothing India can do. The strength of India, ends right at it's northern and western borders.

.
First give Proof.Second if ISI was training people to commence attack the first target would have been India not Afghanistan.Third your Raw is so much active in Balochistan but we will do Operation against them in Balochistan once Pakistan Army is Free from Operation Zarb-e-Azb against Taliban.:laughcry:
The target wasn't Afghanistan. The target was the Indian Embassy in Kabul.

Doesn't matter whether there were Pakistanis or not. Happened in India. No jurisdiction whatsoever for Pakistan. You asked for extradition. On what grounds? On what jurisdiction? You can ask about the case though if you want but considering that it was only Indian authorities who made any arrests, with zero input from Pakistan, there is not much for you to say.

We don't need to do much. As you will find out, it's a two way street. For now, it serves us well to keep the spotlight on Hafeez Saeed and Pakistan's tolerance of him. Payback can come in many different ways.

We demand Chai wala be put in jail for killing 2000 muslims

What you posted is crap no proof at all so ask your government to come up with proofs for GOD Sake

oh please..do what you're requested to do.either handover that Chut!y@ to UNSC to face ICJ,or to India to face Indian Court.its not Pakistan's duty to check whether he's a guilty or not.

see,it takes a lot of moral strength to acknowledge the fact that Pakistan is doing completely opposite task to what he has been requested by International Bodies.as a respective member of those 2 international bodies, they vowed to co-op.but when a minister is shielding an Criminal who is listed under UNSCR,that tells a lot about the state of the Pakistan.

but again,in PDF,we'll see bravado by fellow members time and again, asking for proof of what he has done and all.if we conclude whether a person is guilty or not, then for what is courtroom for???why is Pakistan so afraid about handing him over to even international body?? :laughcry:

. . .
just as you are no one to demand what to do with a Pakistani citizen
Except that Pakistani citizen is responsible for terrorism in India.

No one demands to arrest any Pakistan citizen doing anything within Pakistan to the Pakistani citizen.

We don't give a damn what he did to Pakistanis. He is accused of being responsible for the deaths of Indian citizens & others, in India.

Why should PAK hand over one of its citizens just because Indians make up some fictions tale and label him terrorist?:undecided:

He is a UN designated terrorist ...... Looks like entire world believes India's fictions tale and labels .....

NEW DELHI: India on Monday hit out at Pakistan for its remarks that Hafiz Saeed had no case against him and he was free to roam, saying the designated terrorist was the "evil" mastermind behind the Mumbai attacks and it is Pakistan's responsibility to bring the chief of terror outfit JuD to book and deliver justice.

"Our views on Hafiz Saeed are very clear. To us, he is the evil mastermind of the attacks on Mumbai and one of the accused in an Indian court for killings on streets of Mumbai. We have repeatedly asked Pakistan that he should be apprehended and taken through normal judicial process.

"Alas! He has never been arrested on account of 26/11. Therefore.... he is only free because he is a Pakistani citizen," external affairs ministry spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin said here.

The sharp reaction by India came within hours of Pakistan high commission Abdul Basit's remarks that "Hafiz Saeed is a Pakistani national so he is free to roam around. So what is the problem...he is a free citizen so there is no issue as far as Pakistan is concerned. Courts have already exonerated him. There is no case pending against him."

Asked about Pakistan's stand that there was not enough evidence to prove his involvement, the MEA spokesperson said, "99 per cent evidence in this case is in Pakistan. That is because the entire conspiracy was hatched in Pakistan. The planning for this dastardly act was done in Pakistan.

"The financing for this act was undertaken in Pakistan and people involved who were involved in this were from Pakistan. Therefore, it has always been our view that it devolves on Pakistan that it ensures that criminals like Hafiz Saeed were brought to book and justice was delivered in the instance of crime in Mumbai."

166 people were killed in the terror strike in Mumbai in 2008. New Delhi has also protested the delay in the on-going trial of the case in Pakistan.

Recently, Saeed, known for his anti-India tirade and designated as a terrorist by the US, has also accused India of indulging in "water-terrorism".

I think it is great that this man is free to roam about in Pakistan - whatever harm he did to India, I am pretty certain that he and his kind will cause multiples of that to his hosts/masters in all sorts of ways. He and his piglets killed innocent civilians in Mumbai (My friends were in Leopold's just a week before that day, and its a place I visit fairly often) but that awful tragedy has brought us together and made us stronger as a nation.

Meanwhile, in Pakistan, he blames India for either holding back water or releasing excess of it - depending on whether its a drought or a flood. Thereby, he takes away the attention of Pakistanis from the real problem they have - poor management of water and no infrastructure. It is not his fault - he is the spiritual successor of medieval invaders who only knew how to loot and kill - so he can't think of building dams, reservoirs and canals - all he can think of is Jizz-yeah from India either in form of water or land or money. So he and his followers wait for the jizz and refuse to do anything to improve their circumstance - can we ask more of an enemy, eh? Moreover, instead of letting young Pakistanis train as doctors, engineers and skilled technicians, he trains them in use of explosives and guns. So he's making sure that the future is spoilt as well.

Looking at all this, the conspiracy theorist in me thinks people like Hafiss and Zion Hamid are foreign agents out to destroy Pakistan's economy and future. If Pakistan wants to let them roam free, all the best I say! Please go right ahead.

I would prefer if this guy rose to some prominence in pakistan's politics. It will serve India well.

That kinda thing is happening to Pakistanis every second day. So who gives a ratsa$$ about that? Except for the families of the victims. Nobody else in Pakistan gives a $hit; least of all the GoP.
So why on earth expect any positive action to be taken regarding terrorism by Paksitan?
Just wait for the pay-back to keep on playing itself out, as is happening; that is more rational.

Its this "loony kind" like Hafizzz Sayeed and other weirdos and beardos that is gaining prominence in paksitan now. As I see it; it works for us in the longer term then.
