surely but its not mandate and right of INDIA Or any bharati official to interferer in affairs of Sri Lanka.
Not everyone in Maoist areas in India is insurgent who is killed by Indian forces so should every country take action against India for war crimes ?
I am not surprised. The reply was typical of you scoring brownie points without using any logic at all.

New Delhi will never take so called action against Sri Lanka. Indian embassy in Colombo already in a silent mode.
Indians are trying to score cheap shots by poking their nose in internal affairs of Sri lanka just for the sake of cashing sympathies for votes in South .
Jana, I know this might be too much to ask of you but cast aside your prejudices for a bit and watch the channel 4 documentary on SL army's conduct during the war. There is a difference between the odd civilian casualty, however regrettable, in the theater of war and the systematic targeting of an entire population, repeated bombings of hospitals, execution and rape of thousands, disruption of aid supplies to hundreds of thousands of stranded women, children and old people etc..
I hope you appreciate the difference..
sparky India has no moral neither legal ground to interfer in internal affairs of Sri Lanka.
you know it well that your south indian politicians are supporters of terrorists and hence they are on fire for defeat of their brainchild LTTE
So what does Pakistanis think about the war-crimes by Sri Lankan army? Is it justified?
Will Pakistan take any action against Srilanka?
Tamils were killed even before the advent of LTTE.
We are their only immidiete neighbour. The racial, cultural ,ethnic, economic, political relationship goes back to centuries.
Indian politicians never supplied men or weapons to any in the Island and they are not capable of doing that either.
1. war crimes by anyone is not justified.
2. why should we take action against Sri lanka?? its not our mandate. its UN mandate
