Again, I ask you, when half of the Afghan territory is under Taliban control, why moan about Pakistan. America/Kabul regime cant control Afghanistan so that argument that Taliban got sanctuaries in Pakistan doesnt mean anything. If and when they manage to exert control over their territory, then they can moan about Pakistan.

It's just plain and simple. Then you shouldn't be giving assurances to U.S.A and current Afghan regime. But your civil and military leadership time and again reiterate your support to them while on the other hand you support Afghan Taliban and the Haqqani's.

Yes we have been giving them assistance for last 16 years and as COAS said, Pakistan will not allow Afghan war to be brought on Pakistan soil, drawing the red line, so yeah, yanks can keep on banging their heads in Afghan vallies fighting the shadows, we care less. We got a leverage over them and that is what matter. And since India has chickened out from sending troops in India, that has left yanks with no options to rely on Pakistan like they have been from day one, as if there was any other option for them! As far as Fazaullah is concerned, he has become a liability for RAW/NDS. A wipping boy for Pakistan to use against them. His network in Pakistan has been smashed and that is why peace has returned.

You already did it sir. There was a time around 2005-006, when bomb blast used to take place in big cities like bombay,delhi. Later on, P chidambram became home minister and controlled the whole situation.

Not exactly, since even after Pakistan blocking NATO supply through Pakistan, NATO supply-line were never broken because they choose to use "Northern Distribution Network" i.e, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Tajikistan to be precise as their supply route even though it was costlier.

The formal apology (after 6 long months) and all other things are just face saver for Pakistan government and establishment for domestic consumption.

Stable Afghanistan means stable Pakistan. Why would India be interested in the notion of stable Afghanistan?

Unstable Afghanistan has been bleeding Pakistan economy to the dry.
