India shoots down Pakistan spy drone claim

.
In the mean time IAF also manages to crash one of it's UAV.

  • IAF UAV crashes in Rajasthan's Jaisalmer
  • Jaisalmer: An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of the Air Force today crashed in an open field near the airport in the district here.

It was most likely a Quad taken down by a Sniper or something.

looking at the image i don't think so. it would have be blown to pieces. because its quiet intact i would say pakisatn jammed/scrambled it's signal to crash it. or override it's controls to bring it down. a gun shot this close to the border may result in indian retaliation. cyber warfare brought it down that my opinion.

i would suggest that pakistan installed jammers around the loc to prevent such occurrences. pakistan removes its cctv cameras, but india is one step ahead and uses drones made in china. so in the eventuality it may get shot down it will be hard to believe it was an indian drone. and Pakistan looks the fool.
purchase the TAI anka, you already make subsections why not built the whole thing and use it for patrols near the loc

Let us get over it..... Every one has their own share of embarrassment.....This time it is ISPR......
What's embarrassing about it - Pakistan shot down an unauthorized UAV operating close to the LoC where two hostile militaries are facing off. Given the location, ISPR was correct in assuming this was a drone operated by the Indian security establishment - who else would have motive to operate an image capturing drone without authorization in a conflict zone close to military posts?

What else would you expect Pakistani forces to do? Capture and interrogate pigeons instead?

It was just a quad copter dude

A strange way to say that we dont want to Talk to India

BTW A DJI Phantom 3 costs 2500 US dollars

Pakistan could have sent a FAX saying the talks are cancelled

would have been a Much cheaper option

i doubt the army does not see it like this. this quadcopter could have taken images of army positions etc. read my last post. you should not have a porous border. it should be secure.

also why isn't there an english flag emoji?

The embarrassing part is, getting all worked up and making a big huha(ISPR issuing a statements, note of protests being issued to Indian high commissioner, calling it an India spy drone as if you brought down a Reaper) after a chinese toy drone.

..which just might be your, own.

For all circumstantial evidence points to it.

No one ever seen Indian security agencies operation these Chinese toys.

Where as Pakistani law enforcement agencies regular use these exact same drones.
