India sees China as 'de facto competitor'

. .
And our great super power neighbor doesn't even have one operational CBG..

Our great power indeed perchased several carriers from Australia and Russia. Everyone was carefully studied, None but this last one passed the evaluation of the Navy.

Oh.. you are talking about that floating Casino you have bought!!..

You are welcome to try your fortune with it.

We are using our carrier to project our power around the World.

But in order to beat India, we don't need to use the carrier, since it is just next door to us on land. :azn:

No. but indian forces have fully proved themselves in 1962.

you guys are still in 1962 era.. don't you think lot of things has been changed after... ya you are in great illusion mate..
Grow up and see the new world era..
by the way how many military exercises are you guys doing with other countries in a year to prove your battle improvements?

.
Alas, we did conducted ABM test. Not just ones.

India is also conducting ABM tests but no one can guarantee 100% success. The next gen missile like Agni-V will be equipped with advance Anti ABM systems where the Strike Vehicle moving@ Mach 9+ speeds can maneuver randomly to the targeted point the maneuvers don't have any specific algorithmic inputs which are totally random so any ABM missile most of them kinetic kills has pretty less chance to strike the point because right till this day no one mathematically predict the freaking Random Motion... so its just plain luck of ABM ... so the current generation ABM can give you success when

1. Missile and ABM is fired by you so you know all the calculations
2. For a single missile which has Anti ABM measures you are throwing N number of ABMs with no guarantee of strike

The 1962 era was the most painful moment for us with the great famine and the embargo from both USA and USSR.

We were very sick at that time, yet still managed to whoop your a$$.

I read somewhere that Mao did 1962 war to mislead China about the failure of "Great Leap Forward". I don't know how much this is true, can anyone clarify.

We did that kind of short range air defence test decades before, and unlike india, we don't usually fail such simple mission.

What we talked about is to intercept missiles from thousands miles away, hundreds miles out of the atomsphere.

Mao's failure on its economic plan is just part of it.

The second reason is that we had to pay the debt of USSR.

You know the arm supply from USSR during the Korean War was not for free, and we had to pay it.

The third reason is that KMT has stolen all the wealth from China to Taiwan back in 1949.

Mao made some mistakes, but he was not the only one to take all the blame.

well for that intercepting missiles from thousands miles away, hundred miles out of atmosphere .. you are thousands of years away ...

Mao may be revolutionary but he destroyed China in his first 25 years tenure. I believe Deng Xiaopeng deserve 1000 times more respect than Mao for bringing China out of the mess of "Great Leap Forward" and "Cultural Revolution".

Mao is not a good economist, but saying that he should be the only one to blame for China's poverty is simply absurd.

Since 1840, we had already been led toward poverty as getting looted by West/Russia/Japan.
