Yes you could argue, you are good at that, but does it solve your issue...No.
It does point out that India's argument is not automatically valid.

If you have the valid data why don\'t you share it with the world, I guess that would prove the validity of your truthful claims. Or are you afraid of that after what happened in the baglihar episode, you guys had clinching proof there as well, din\'t ya.

I am not aware of what the mechanism is on taking that particular route. If the option exists, perhaps it will be exercised. In the meantime one could also argue that India has not independently validated its own contentions either.

we have to involve world bank (financier) and its experts on this matter...
it is typical indian attitude since they fail to intimidate us...
