it means Su 35 will detect Rafale at 100+ when unarmed , nearly at 140 km when armed and with drop tanks Rafale need drop tanks as it has very less range . So RCS of rafale will be more than .5 as it claimed. And chinese are not fools to but su 35 if its inferior to rafale and when they have their own Jets

only novotor missiles could be used having range of like 200km but they are slow and rafale will evade them,,,,,so ultimately this 300 km detection server no purpose

and when both are at 150 km rafale's aesa can easily jam su-35 pesa
