Just imagine, if BAF F-7BGI (a 3+ gen fighter) can detect a frigate from 100 km then from how far it will detect the Indian big pice of metal AC!!

Anymore ship classifications mean whatever the country building the ship wants it to mean. Take the DDG zumwalt, classed as a destroyer but it is the size of a WWII heavy cruiser and almost 6000 tons larger than the Ticonderoga class cruiser, or the LCS at about 3000 tons, It displaces more than a WWII destroyer. Or the type 26 frigate at 5500 tons. Then there is the Sigma 10514 corvette at about 2400 tons. Classifications refer more to capabilities than to size anymore.

You don't have to refer to the text in the article itself..............you can go on to the sources directly, and that's what I do.....
And you are right classification does vary greatly in different situations.......but in the case of BN vs In, as IN would probably field it's destroyers too, so the point of Frigate vs frigate is kinda defeated.......
