I, am against allowing India access to C.Asia, Russia or to Europe. There is a huge trust deficit, plus Pakistan is holding its breath to see if Indians decide to bring modi in, it will not help.. not even one bit.

Friend. Exporting to Europe or Russia can be done only via sea route as land route is VERY expensive even through Pakistan.

The only place where Pakistan is required to lessen costs is trade with Afghanistan & CAR.

Please donot think that even if Pakistan allows full trade, goods will be transported to Russia/Europe through any land route via Pakistan. You overestimate Pakistan's utility to India.

And it will make no difference to bilateral relations if Modi becomes PM or not. Not even one tiny bit. There is term called real politik. It is Modi's actions if elected as PM that will determine relations, not just being Modi.
