Since we cannot fund the dam from our pocket, we are looking for a ADB or WB loan, which would require an Indian NOC for building it in a disputed territory.

Sorry to say there is no need for indian ijazat for building anything on Pakistan's land.

So you like it or not, Indian "ijazat" is a MUST for financing these projects through WB or ADB.

Otherwise, finance it yourself & there is no need for an "ijazat"

Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir were both part of the state of Jammu and Kashmir pre-1947 which was ruled by the Maharaja. The Maharaja (who was the legal owner and caretaker of the state) signed the accession documents for all of J&K to India, and therefore Gil Baltistan and Azad Kashmir all belong to India legally.

Sadly Pakistan does not believe in such things like legal systems, as can be clearly seen from the internal chaos and lawlessness that Pak is in today. As a result, lands that legally belong to us are illegally being occupied by Pak.

Maharaja was appointed there by brits in an undemocratic way to oppress the people of Kashmir because they were very active during 1857 war against them.
After independence india had removed the Maharaja n nawab system from its country n was always against them thats why it occupied Goa and Deccan states.

So if we agree to yr points then Deccan and Goa as well as Kashmir Valley is illegally occupied By India and hence Kashmir is part of Pak n Other States r Independent States.

You probably did not read my post properly. The loan from ADB or WB requires ijazat from India,not the
building of dam. If we have money in our pocket, we can start building it right now.

i think our gov is acting honest here by calling The Whole Kashmir Valley as disputed region.
These dams n other development projects r for betterment of people in the area and its in yr interests too for development of people.
I think yr gov too accept the region as disputed and its she who is claiming now that they r its ''integral parts''

So basically yr gov is now desperate after Pak gave Gawadar to China and G-B has road links to China n this area will be used for trade with China.......

BTW what makes u think just because of yr Gidr Bakhtian these projects will stop?
No is the obvious answer.... As now if int. forums dont want to Then China will fund it no worries.

BTW now i have started to realize why Prof Hafiz Saeed and others r soo against u n why do they do such things.
If they dont do then u people will just literally swallow us whole.
