Yes - and as I told u earlier, money available is very limited and if priorities change, the projects do get delayed (or shelved).

There are Two Versions of This Aircraft, two totally New Design of this Aircraft will be Underway..... One for Military Purpose and the Other one Civilian Passenger aircraft for Which HAL will take 55% share, and will be Built In the New Facility in HAL Kanpur Transport Aircraft division

passenger transport are you sure???? Maybe it means transport of civil cargo as I recall it said in a youtube video demo that it is for multi-purposes.

Anyways i doubt they'll be a difference in design in the "civilian" and "military" versions save for configuration in the cargo hold.

I think Boeing would do well in building this thing under license and adding powerful GE engines to this Boeing would profit from it if they did this.

I'd love to fly this plane personally. a total beauty
