Couldnt care about Russians and your India here is just for free dinner. Hooligan India is blackmailing BD for slices from every pie. Indians flocking in BD should be thoroughly examined so that they dont spread STDs and other pandemics.

It says non-critical stuff....from what I understand Indians will be supplying stuff for infrastructure that would cost more if sourced from other countries...I don't think the Russians are going to let them work on the reactors(If anything goes wrong ROSATOM's image will take a big hit).

India cannot supply critical components because we are not in the NSG. Nothing to do with capability, Indian companies have MoUs with majors from Rosatom to Areva for projects within India.

You can see the Indian companies holding ASME N & NPT stamps.
