DCNS wont go JV .. it wants 100% FDI route.. bcz thats the way certain more systems are suppose to come without raising more eyebrows..

NO SIR .. GIVE IT TO the gods siting in DRDO .. may be in next century they will give u Submarines !!

For any other country they will wait till next century rather than buying a foreign submarine. And DRDO is not God, they do have failures just like other countries.

Well I rather have a fighting force instead of a over rated dud. DRDO has gone to the dogs right now...Either a complete revamp of the organisation or creation of a competitor is required.
