BD cannot connect to OBOR through India as India is not a part of OBOR, so that leaves Myanmar route for BD. And after all the hate these BDians have for Mynamar, Mynamar may not allow any connection to BD.

BD has explicitly said of its intention to join the Belt, and China will not see it as an adversary along with India now. BD needs connection with China south and ASEAN via MM. So, it is MM which will call the shot because of its location. If MM derails our plan to join OBOR, then it is MM's fault.

why not india start her own multi billions dollars project like China did since so many indians here think that they are as prosperous and rich as china is (some even says indians are more rich) why not rich & mighty india from her start her own initiative similar to china instead of going to US and cry on their shoulders.

BD needs China for it's domestic market, 10s of billions of US dollars of low interest loans, weapons and ToT to produce it's own weapons in-house.
