This is how the dealings are done in some of the Asian - Indian cultures. The "deal" doesn't mean both the parties can make profit or promises or commitments, the deal only means the "Asian / Indian in this case, side gets everything and makes the other party cry and still be thankful that they sold something. This was bound to happen. Russians on the other hand, know how to deal with this and they know how to milk the Indian buyers in Indian style.
