I don't know why Indians need to bring in the topic of Pakistan to every single thread on this forum.

Still Indian education standards are bad, where you have to write your name to prove your literate, while in Pakistan you have to write whole Urdu alphabet...

Pakistan is not even for part of BRIC. Your good friend China didn't veto for you people this time, instead it chose your good enemy. And whats big deal being lowest in rank amongst 4 nations. you don't even figure in that. Jealousy ! eh.

Only those who are in BRIC are nations with large populations or large landmass with huge resources...

But I am happy we are in N-11 follow up to BRIC and I hope that we develop faster and get developed by 2020

Indian farmers withdraw 558 cubic kilometers of water, which is higher than China , second on the list.
Indian census standards state that any person above the age of 7 who can read and write with understanding in any of the recognised languages is literate. This means education till age of 14 years or secondary education is compulsory for an adult to be deemed literate. And as I said before literacy among children above 7 years and below 18 years is 95%!!!This indicates the level which India will grow to in coming years......

ere seems to be a significant skill gap in the country as 80% of the engineering graduates are "unemployable," says a report, highlighting the need for an upgraded education and training system.
Educational institutions train millions of youngsters but corporates often complain that they do not get the necessary skill and talent required for a job.
According to Aspiring Minds National Employability Report, which is based on a study of more than 1,50,000 engineering students who graduated in 2015 from over 650 colleges, 80% of the them are unemployable.
"Engineering has become the de-facto graduate degree for a large chunk of students today. However, along with improving the education standards, it is quintessential that we evolve our undergraduate programmes to make them more job centric," Aspiring Minds CTO Varun Aggarwal said.
In terms of cities, Delhi continues to produce the highest number of employable engineers, followed by Bengaluru and the western parts of the country, the report said.
