India Promises to Demolish Phensidyl Factories near Border

Phensidyl is your problem, not ours as it is legal in India..so deploy forces on border, build a fence, or build a wall to prevent it from entering your border..we do not care.
Our govt has made gesture..that it will close down its perfectly legal factories..which I think is an overkill...whether it closes it or not..is not your concern..you make your own arrangements and not depend on us.

Yes, yes why not? Phensidyl is certainly our problem and not the problem of people with Baniya mind. You are 100% correct. But, this is why you cannot live in peace with your neighbours. In Bengali we say, Chor kabhi Dharm ki Kahani Nahin Sunte Hain. Yoy guys fit into that category perfectly. Probably, it was derived from the mentality you are born with. Heaven should be the only place for you guys to go after death.

And not doing anything and expecting others to do everything for you is "qureshi" mind of bangs? Drinking cough syrup instead of liquor is "syedi" mind?

Your bengali suspiciously sounds similar to urdu/hindi. You should ask protection from bangladeshi govt if I understand your situation properly.

Those drug factories are really messing up the lads across the border, is it so hard for them to understand?
Aren't your lads, your own headache?

Yesterday, in another thread you were whining that India interferes in BD's internal matters. You were lecturing us on how BD is a sovereign state and can take care of itself, no 'dada' is required etc. What happened today?

No need to show off your racism and being proud about it!! ..A Bangladeshi's condensing and insulting post ... as usual!

First: Phensidyl is a name of a product - a Cough Syrup. One of its side effects is the drowsiness. Even to date, my cough persists for a 15 day period and lastly my Doc prescribes me Phensidyl. Not sure why, but this bloody syrup does somehow manage to cure my persistent cough.

Second: Its perfectly legal to buy it in India. If the factories indeed have valid licenses to operate, they can sell it to authorized distributors.

Third: Narcotics Bureau (or Drug Control) guys you spoke with, have no Rights to demolish any buildings. They can only pass on your message to the concerned authorities. Do you have record of your existing government asking government of India to check out this so called unauthorized factories.

Fourth: Before ranting off on Bania Mentality nonsense, better check if your authorities are correct in assessing if this factories do exist in that numbers and are they actually illegal (Strangely, sitting out of BD your guys have assessed this so called factories do exist and they are illegal). Pray tell us how do you know this factories exist in the numbers mentioned and how do you know they don't have a valid license? ... Is newspaper your only source ?

Fifth: Instead of placing the blame on others (Nothing new here .. typical BD mentality of blaming others), let us know what corrective actions have you taken from your side? .. Im sure you must have run some education campaign , you must have caught the drug smugglers. Let us hear what actions YOU & YOUR GOVERNMENT tool to control drug addiction in your country.

By the way you are arguing of the good qualities of phensidyl like a medical representatiove it seems you yourself own such a HARAM factory or you are working as its sales representative. You should come to Dhaka for a sales propmotion tour. When your nasty TATA does get any market you are promoting here your cough syrups.

So what do people use when they have cough in bangladesh. Drink HALAL beer perhaps?

.
Sources close to the meeting told UNB that the home side handed over to the Indian team a list of 51 factories operating inside their country including some close to the border which produced phensidyl only targeting Bangladesh as its market.

Is it so hard for them to understand? It's not an alien language.

Is it so hard for the Baniyas to understand? It's not an alien language.

Is it difficult for "qureshis" to understand( oh they may not be educated, but even then) that legally govt cant stop a factory if its papers are proper, it has taken permission for appropriate authority.
Assuming that those are illegal, and dont have permission, and are closed down, what will stop the smugglers from sourcing it from legitimate sources, i.e. from normal medicine store?

If you come out of "qureshi" mind and try to understand, it is a problem with prohibition. Prohibition does not work anywhere, does not work in India(yes some states do not allow liquor sale). Allow liquor to be sold and people wont drink cough syrup.
Read the wiki(not too much for a qureshi I assume)
Prohibition - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

N.B. : My use of word "Qureshi" is just to show what you sound like when you say "baniya". All qureshis forgive me, I just used your name as example, I dont mean anything against you

yo do you even know what baniya is ?? i keep hearing about this bs all time... with baniyas this country also has kshatriyas without which you still would have been ruled by west pakistan ....

So india admitting its involvement in Phensidyl Factories. It will be matter of deeds than word. But Bangladesh should make comprehensive study on economic, social and other damages caused by indian Phensidyl Factories.

It is only banned in bangladesh..everywhere else(eg US, Canada etc) it is available over the counter, it is cough syrup, acts as a Analgesic.
