Problem is transportation. Most of the producers are based in eastern and southern India. north is facing acute shortage.

we are talking about liquid oxygen. We can not transport oxygen just like that. We can not airlift it. WE are only using transport aircraft for empty tankers and railways for filled tankers. This situation is unprecedented.
