Our borders are open for Indian Bengalis all the time. I know one lady whose domicile is in Tripura comes here in every six months to one of her daughter, stays for six month then go back. My friend who always see her in the border. I asked him why the hell he does not use her Indian passport? He said, she cant stay that long with visitor visa so she comes walking. Anyways there is no issue in Bangladesh. We treat them as our citizen.

Another thought, we could start issuing passport to Indian Bengalis same way Russia started giving South Ostestian and Abkhazian Russian passport. Thats the first step towards reunification.

They are sucks because they lost pride uniting with India. They will get back to normal once they get back their honor.

Crossing the border shouldnt be punishable by death. The person should be prosecuted and deported back to his/her country. But you Indians are barbaric and have no regard for human rights.

It is not a punishment. It is to keep intruders at bay. Only courts can give punishments in India, which is why I oppose beating of people once captured.
In many places people can shoot you if you go into their private property.

I wont like BSF to to leave their post and interrogate or tail the intruder in the middle of night. That will be stupid.

Well you should first chase them within your border that will solve the problem. Chasing inside BD border is quite dangerous. Our villagers will beat the hell out of your SF.

It is legal in India to shoot trespassers at night, who cant be challenged by security agencies without either endangering their life or making security arrangement too expensive.
How will BSF guy get an intruder's finger at night, after killing him? whats the point?

If you carry documents and cross in daytime using normal method why will BSF kill them?
Has anybody killed while crossing border legally by showing documents, using bus/train service?

Sahara khatun is a puppet home ministerm she is just for show.
