India Postpones ISTAR Aircraft Purchase From Raytheon

This is ISR aircraft, which we have requirement for 9.

How? Only difference i see that the ISTAR is a larger aircraft! - Both Uses SAR

but yea none of the source i posted points to defence news ..!so i guess there should be some credibility to news when Business Manager for Raytheon's himself said this..
