I am not ruling out that even in Moscow Blast Indian intelligence is involved and as India now Partner of US (Who ever supported Caucasian moment or Chechen against Russia) also dip its hand for his interests.

Pakistan has total rights to act as self defense so Pakistani government needs to bring counter strategy against India.

Ok this actually is the case. Let's HYPOTHETICALLY say India is involved in these bombings and you've got evidence to back your claim?

Then go to international community, show it to them and pressurise India like we did at the time of mumbai attacks. I'm sure if you've got evidence world would back you, world doesn't love India that much after all?
