Again, i really do not understand what does federation mean here...But anything like EU kind of economic grouping where trade prefrences are gived to Pakistan and BD is always a good initiative. I am with the opinion that India should provide to traders of Pakistan, BD, Srilanka, Nepal and Bhutan to do business in India without expecting similar reciprocity from respective countries.
