BD most impressive.. Kudos

Also it's glaring how Pakistan's improvement have slowed down drastically due to civil unrest and radicalization.. Hopefully it'll get sorted out

India's purchasing power parity has the best growth but is it indicative of wealth distribution or just the wealth increase of the middle class's ??

.
We would be doing far far better if we had not been brain-washed on the so called "democracy" prescription which so far has allowed the worst lot in the nation to rule over us.

.
So pakistan is still ahead of us in infant immunisation rate and %of total underweight children.

.
Out of those three, Bangladesh is doing the best in every social development indicator.

Very impressive.

Though I think Sri Lanka has the best social development indicators in South Asia.

.
Pakistan in 90's were the best of south asia.
infact as per WB trends pakistan had higher per capita than india for almost 60 years until 2005-08

Increase in both wealth and size of Middle class .

.
India is not better when it comes to various social parameters , meanwhile where India has outclassed is the money factor . The middle class and its size of wallet/purse has really grown over the past decade , however we still have a very long way to go .

.
bangladesh has done pretty well..i hope things will be much better in south asia with in a decade.
