Lol who ever said anything about the US leaving? Combat ops won't end till at least 2014 and the US plans on sticking around for a lot longer after that.

If all goes well the ANA will be a modest force in the next 5 years, hopefully by then we'll be in a position to arm our Afghan brothers to the teeth.

Afghanistan returning to pre-US era (Taliban era) is a pipe dream. Even after US leaves (not happening before 2020-25) they are going to retain control through proxy (Afghanistan is strategically important)

Everybody is going to have a foothold in Afghanistan and I guess everybody will have some clout, India should have pro-Indian Afghan people, pro-Indian Afghan Government and even some kind of a military base

Actually, pak scouting missions indicate a slow build up of indian military within their "road construction" and similiar projects. This may indicate that india is looking to replace the US and NATO in afghanistan. This may also be the reason behind the rapid modernisation of troops and hardware inventory. Furthermore, the reluctance from the US and NATO to withdraw strengthens the assumption that they may be looking to strengthen the indian presence before pulling out.
These are just assumptions and theories. No need to go overboard.

Afghanistan now become American base and they are not that stupid who leave it

Not even afgani public want this cause they are saving them from evil Taliban so now its permanent base next to China ( Main reason)
